Individual Coaching
Coaching offers a supportive, forward-focused approach for individuals navigating autism and ADHD, with an emphasis on practical strategies, self-understanding, and empowerment. This work centers on building routines, improving executive functioning, increasing confidence, and creating systems that align with how your brain and body work best.
Coaching is also available for weightlifting and powerlifting empowerment alongside mindful eating practices, using movement and nutrition as tools for regulation, strength, and self-trust. Rather than focusing on perfection or restriction, this approach emphasizes sustainability, body awareness, and empowerment — helping you build both mental and physical strength in ways that feel supportive and realistic.
