Self-pay rates:

$140.00 for the initial appointment (the intake)

$120.00 for appointments following the intake
Sliding Fee Scale:
We offer limited slots for sliding fee scale clients. These rates include:

$100.00 for the initial appointment (the intake)

$80.00 for appointment following the intake.
Sliding fee scale slots are limited- please contact us to see if we have any openings.
Coaching is not covered by insurance. Therefore, coaching is self-pay. Coaching rates include:

$100.00 for appointments that are roughly 53-55 minutes in length
-
$50.00 for appointments that are roughly 23-25 minutes in length.
*Due to insurance changes some insurances no longer cover Autism Assessments or require assessments be in person which we do not offer at this time. To receive an autism assessment through self-pay the total is $1,000.00 which is paid over the course of 6 sessions at $150.00 per session plus $100.00 for the report. *
Important Information:
We accept the above listed programs for the designated number of sessions approved by the organization.
If you do not have one of the above insurances that we are in-network with, our services are considered out of network (OON)...Meaning, you may pay for services at full rate and request reimbursement from your insurance. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and we recommend speaking with your insurance rep about OON benefits.
Cancellation Policy:
A full 24 hours is required for cancellations to avoid being charged for scheduled appointment. Missed or late cancelled appointments are charged at the full self-pay rate of the scheduled appointment and will be charged to card on file with Becoming Beautifully Strong Counseling, Coaching & Consultation LLC. The expectation of cancelling appointments at an appropriate time practices professionalism, allows staff to fill your reserved time, and creates boundaries for clinician’s time and dedication to the profession.
