Please note: All therapy appointments are virtual at this time to Ohio residents only. If you are outside of the state of Ohio, you can request a coaching appointment. Insurance does not cover costs for coaching.

No Show - Late Cancellation Policy

We ask you to inform us at least 24 hours in advance (by phone, email, or text) if you are unable to make a scheduled appointment, or you will be charged self-pay rate for scheduled service to card on file with Becoming Beautifully Strong Counseling, Coaching & Consultation LLC. The expectation of cancelling appointments at an appropriate time practices professionalism, allows staff to fill your reserved time, and creates boundaries for provider’s time and dedication to the profession.
