BBS accepts most major insurances. If BBS is out-of- network (OON) with your insurance clients may be able to submit out-of-network claims to their insurance provider for possible reimbursement. This depends on your individual insurance plan and out-of-network benefits. Please note that submission of claims does not guarantee reimbursement, and we encourage you to contact your insurance provider directly for clarification.

Our individual counseling rates are as follows:Initial assessment: $14060-minute counseling session: $12045-minute counseling session: $10030-minute counseling session: $80

Our individual coaching rates are: 60-minute coaching session: $100 30-minute coaching session: $50

To ensure availability for all clients, BBS maintains a 24-hour cancellation policy. Any appointment canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled session or any missed (no-show) appointment will automatically be charged a fee of $120.00 to the card on file. This fee applies regardless of the scheduled session type or length.

Payment is due at the time of service. Payment policies and accepted payment methods will be reviewed during the scheduling and intake process.
