A space for uncovering authenticity.
Rebecca (Becca) is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the State of Ohio (E.2607334) and Master Health and Wellness Coach who specializes in working with adults that suspect they are neurodivergent or are currently diagnosed with ADHD and/or autism. Becca also holds a unique certification as a Board-Certified Bariatric Counselor and is one of roughly 3 therapists in the State of Ohio that hold this certification. Although Becca does not currently specialize in Bariatrics she still holds onto this certification and helps those that are preparing to undergo or have undergone bariatric surgery. Becca believes deeply in meeting people as they are — not as who they’ve been told they should be. Becca's work is grounded in the understanding that neurodivergence is not a flaw, but a different way of experiencing and interacting with the world. Therapy with Becca is collaborative, affirming, and centered on helping you better understand yourself with less judgment and more curiosity. Other areas Becca treats include trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, mindful eating practices, and more.

Becca draws from a range of evidence-based and body-aware approaches, including Internal Family Systems (IFS) and parts work, EMDR, somatic therapy, behavioral modifications, cognitive challenging, gentle confrontation, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Rather than using a one-size-fits-all model, Becca tailors therapy to your nervous system, your lived experiences, and your goals — whether that’s managing overwhelm, processing trauma, unmasking, building sustainable routines, or strengthening self-trust.
Becca shared "Transparency and authenticity matter to me. I believe that meaningful therapy is built on real connection, and that having personal experiences related to the clients I work with is incredibly important. I don’t believe in positioning myself as an “expert” over you — instead, I see us as partners, working together to understand your inner world and create change that feels supportive and realistic."
Outside of the therapy room, Becca enjoy working out, gardening, spending time with her family, is a practicing meditator, and lifelong learner. "Movement of the body and stillness of the mind plays a big role in how I understand regulation, resilience, and growth. Training my body and mind has taught me a lot about listening to my body, respecting limits, and building strength over time — lessons that strongly inform how I show up as a therapist."
If you’re looking for a therapist who is warm, affirming, and grounded in both clinical knowledge and real-life experience, Becca would love to connect with you.
