Yes. Coaching services are offered worldwide. Coaching is not considered mental health treatment and is not restricted by state licensure laws, allowing us to work with coaching clients both within and outside of Ohio.

Yes. All therapists that work with BBS are licensed to diagnose and treat mental health conditions in the State of Ohio.

Yes. Counseling can be a supportive and empowering resource for individuals in the neurodivergent community, including those who identify as autistic, ADHD, or otherwise neurodivergent. At BBS, counseling is neurodivergent-affirming, meaning we honor neurodiversity as a natural and valuable variation of the human experience—not something that needs to be “fixed.” Our approach focuses on understanding each person’s unique strengths, challenges, communication styles, and sensory needs.

At this time, BBS provides mental health therapy services exclusively to clients who reside in the state of Ohio. Although we are actively working toward offering therapy services in additional states, we are currently only licensed to provide therapy to Ohio residents.

Yes. BSS offers both autism and ADHD assessments. These assessments are typically given at the same time and occur over 6 total sessions. During our last session you will be provided a formal report. Although some insurances allow for virtual autism and ADHD assessments- some insurances have changed their rules and no longer allow for these services which then requires self-payment to obtain the assessment. BBS does not offer in-person assessments at this time. Please see the link below to learn about payment information regarding assessments.
